About the Role:
Join Bounteous as a Graduate Software Developer and work with an agile team to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge software for the financial services sector. This hybrid role (3 days on-site) offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while building your skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients in the financial services sector to understand business needs.
Follow the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Write clean, maintainable code and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and update production systems.
Document solutions and support onboarding for new engineers.
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Experience with Java (version 8+) and PL/SQL.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
